Denise is the most awesome realtor! Her initial estimate on the value/sale of my mother's house was spot on. Although we needed to list it lower than the projected value she was able to negotiate with interested buyers to where the sale price settled at $60K higher than our asking price which was right at her initial estimate!! She went over and above what any other realtor would do to help mother and has become a very dear friend to her. Even our attorney (who NEVER recommends realtors) said he was very impressed by her and that he had finally found a realtor he could and would recommend.
